The Architecture

The ledger comes first.
Everything else derives from it.

In every other ERP, the general ledger is the last stop — a destination that receives what other systems send it. In Innuevation, the Universal Ledger is the gate. Every financial event must pass through it before it can exist anywhere.

That reversal is constitutional. AR, revenue, project cost, marketing spend — every module's view is derived from the ledger, not synced to it. There is no reconciliation because there is nothing to reconcile.

Enforcement Layer

Journal entry must balance — or it does not post.
Invoice must trace to a signed contract.
Expense must not exceed approved budget.

Constitutional Enforcement

The rules aren't a setting. They're the architecture.

If a journal entry doesn't balance — it doesn't post.

If a renewal doesn't trace to a signed contract — it doesn't invoice.

If a financial event would create variance — it does not happen.

Axis

Governance

Identity and access at the constitutional foundation.

Every user, every role, every data permission — governed at the foundation. Not a setting bolted on top. A layer every other module inherits, enforced before any transaction reaches the ledger.

  • Company-scoped role-based access control
  • User provisioning tied to constitutional identity layer
  • Audit logging on every permission change
  • System readiness and health monitoring

Profusion

Finance & Universal Ledger

The single source of financial truth.

Financial truth lives here and only here. Every other module derives from the Universal Ledger constitutionally. AR, AP, Cash, Assets, and SCM all post to the same ledger — enforced at write time, not reconciled after the fact.

  • Universal Ledger with constitutional posting rules
  • AR, AP, Cash & Treasury, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain
  • Period management with closed-period enforcement
  • Real-time trial balance — always balanced by definition

Cobalt

Commercial Suite

From signed contract to posted invoice — one chain.

Prospect to customer. Customer to contract. Contract to subscription. Subscription to invoice. Invoice to cash. Each step is a constitutional event that traces forward and backward without middleware.

  • CRM pipeline with constitutional contract linkage
  • Subscription billing tied to signed agreements
  • Revenue recognition derived from the Universal Ledger
  • No CRM-to-ERP sync — one architecture end to end

Blueprint

Business Projects

Project costs are financial events from submission.

Project expenses don't wait for month-end. Every submission is a financial event. Budget impact is real-time. Project profitability is a live constitutional view derived from the same ledger that runs the rest of the business.

  • Project budgets enforced at the ledger layer
  • Expense submission creates immediate financial events
  • Real-time profitability by project and segment
  • No separate project accounting reconciliation

Hardline

Planning & BI

Plan against actuals that cannot be altered.

Build any scenario. Compare any version. History is constitutionally locked — you plan against real numbers, not numbers that someone adjusted after the fact. Variance analysis is always apples-to-apples.

  • Scenario planning against immutable actuals
  • Plan version management with constitutional locking
  • Variance reporting derived from the Universal Ledger
  • Data Studio for custom reporting and analysis

Mydia

Marketing

Marketing spend as a real financial event.

Marketing spend is a financial event. Traceable to the Universal Ledger, allocated by segment, reportable in real time. No separate marketing attribution system disconnected from the books.

  • Marketing spend posted as financial events
  • Segment allocation tied to company COA
  • Campaign ROI derived from the same ledger as revenue
  • No gap between marketing data and financial data
