About
Built by someone who spent 20 years watching ERPs fail in the same ways.
Innuevation is the company. Nue ERP is the product. The founding thesis is simple: the mid-market has been waiting for an ERP built on a constitutional architecture, and the incumbents cannot get there from where they are.

Adam Arends, Founder
"I spent 20 years inside SAP and NetSuite implementations — not selling them, building in them. Every implementation had the same moment, usually around month three, where someone looked at two reports from two different modules and said: these numbers don't match. Which one is right?
That question is expensive. The answer takes days. And the real answer — the one nobody says out loud — is that the architecture doesn't guarantee either one is right.
Nue ERP is the system I wished existed. Built with the architectural decisions that 20 years of watching ERPs fail in the same ways makes obvious — in hindsight."

What Innuevation is building.
A constitutional ERP architecture.
The Universal Ledger is not a module — it is the foundation. Every financial event in Nue ERP derives from it. AR, AP, subscriptions, project costs, marketing spend — all constitutional events, all posting to the same source of truth at write time.
Six modules. One system.
Governance, Finance, Commercial, Projects, Planning, and Marketing — built as a unified architecture, not integrated as separate products. The difference matters: integration creates sync drift. Constitutional derivation eliminates it.
A structural moat.
The incumbents cannot replicate this without rebuilding from the database layer up. That is not a roadmap item for NetSuite or Dynamics. It is a fundamental architectural constraint — which is why the mid-market gap has persisted for a decade.
The right market, at the right time.
NetSuite moved upmarket. The $5M–$150M revenue company has been systematically underserved. They need a real ERP — not a spreadsheet, not another SaaS integration layer. Nue is built for exactly this buyer.
