NetSuite moved upmarket. Sage and Intacct serve a different buyer. The $5M–$150M revenue company — too big for QuickBooks, too small to justify a $500K NetSuite implementation — has been waiting for a product built for them. That gap has been growing for a decade.

Structural moat. Cannot be replicated.
Constitutional architecture cannot be bolted onto an existing ERP. NetSuite, Dynamics, and Odoo were built on architectures that predate this approach. To replicate what Nue has built, they would need to rebuild from the database layer up. That is not a roadmap item — it is a rewrite.

20 years of domain expertise.
The founder spent 20 years inside SAP and NetSuite implementations — not selling them, building in them. Every architectural decision in Nue ERP was made with the specific knowledge of how and where legacy ERPs fail. This is not a repeat founder with a software background entering ERP. This is an ERP expert who learned to build.
